E4Z02 Trial For Cancer Patients With Fatigue.

E4Z02 is looking at the potential value of taking l-carnitine as a supplement to combat cancer-related fatigue.

Patients participating in the study will be randomized to receive either l-carnitine or a placebo for for weeks, after which all participants will receive l-carnitine for an additional four weeks. Patients will be be evaluated for Quality of Life and fatigue symptoms at the beginning of the study, at the four week point and at the conclusion of the study.
