The Clark's Level is determined by how many layers of skin the tumor has invaded.

What is the Clark's level, if known?

Level I (non-invasive or in-situ disease along the junction between the epidermis and the dermis)
Level II (partial invasion of the papillary dermis)
Level III (full invasion of the papillary dermis)
Level IV (invasion into the reticular dermis)
Level V (invasion into the subcutaneous tissue)
